Do you do tastings?
Yes! We will come to your home to do the tasting and become your personal chef bringing you the equipment and food. Our tastings are $75 per person with the amount paid being applied to your contracted balance if signed.
How much food should I order?
Chef V will be with you every step of the way to create your menu and ensure that it is perfect for your guest count! You will be presented with meal options and packages that are divided per person. This will make it easier for you to determine just how much food to order! Options include per plate, or larger buffet amounts that will feed multiple guests per tray of food.
How is pricing for events determined?
Pricing is determined by the meal style (buffet, plated, etc), type of meal or items being served, and the amount of staff needed.
What is included in wedding catering?
This is dependent on what catering package you purchase. "Full service" means, in addition to food preparation, we will handle table settings, bar service, wait staff and clean up. Picture what would be required at a restaurant, and that is what will be needed at your wedding.

How far in advance do I need to book wedding catering?
The sooner the better. Our schedules book up quickly (especially around holidays). We want to make sure we are available to serve you!
Can you accommodate allergies?
Yes, and any good caterer can. That is the beauty of catering—you meet with us and together we create the perfect meal for your function or event.
