Chef Rico came to our house last night to prepare a tasting of the Mexican fajita buffet he will be catering for our daughter’s wedding. His attention to detail is outstanding. Everything was delicious and we are so happy he will be helping make our reception a party to remember!

We had an incredible evening two weeks ago when Chef V came to our home and cooked us a sample of our wedding dinner. The food not only looks amazing but tastes delicious as well. I cannot put into words how amazing his homemade salsa is – you’ll just have to try it for yourself!! We are so excited to have Chef V and his staff serve our guests at our wedding. In addition, we enjoyed sitting and talking with this lovely gentleman about his passion for event catering. The best part about Vizcarra Hospitality is that he has taken away the stress from planning our reception. He takes care of everything if you want him to. From linen rental to dishes to food to cake and the bar – they do it all. As a bride planning a wedding long distance, I appreciate that he was able to meet with us on our schedule and corresponds quickly via email! I know that our reception will be spectacular in the responsible hands of Chef V!

Just had an amazing wedding for our daughter with Federico providing a superb meal of fajitas with all the trimmings. The chicken and beef was delicious and grilled on site. The buffet presentation was colorful and extremely appealing with the largest avocados I’ve ever seen! Federico’s homemade salsa is absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted. We received more compliments on the food than anything else. Federico was a delight to work with…..reliable and charming all in one very likable man. Obviously, we’ll work with Federico again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great caterer!

The in-home tasting gave us a much greater comfort level that our guests will enjoy the meal at our wedding. It’s stressful enough organizing everything so having that confidence is nice.. Frederico is very personable. We are looking forward to having him and his staff be a part of our special day!

My fiance and I had an awesome experience with Rico. He came to our house an prepared a beautiful presentation for us to really get a feel for what our big day would be like. From table clothes and China to a fantastic meal, I can’t wait to see it all play out at our wedding.

When we met Rico, he was very helpful with our menu options and the many decisions we needed to make about our food choices. He was flexibility in helping us build a menu that fits within our budget. Once a month 95..9 The Ranch and 92.1 Hank FM likes to treat our staff to a catered lunch to show our appreciation for everyone’s hard work. We were so impressed with the food and the professionalism that came with Vizcarra Hospitality that we decided to contract them as our exclusive monthly caterer. Working with Frederico has been an absolute pleasure and wonderful experience. Our staff absolutely raves about the quality of the food, the menu variations, and the personal touch that Frederico provides. We look forward to his visit every month and recommend his services to many of our clients.

Rico was great! He was extremely responsive through the entire menu creation process and even personally came to our house to provide us a tasting of our entire menu. At the tasting, he was very polite, courteous, and informative. He brought samples of his linens, china, stemware, and flatware for us to look at. He even surprised us with dessert! Rico made us feel comfortable and gave us a comforting feeling that he would work hard and was genuinely invested in our wedding. We ended up signing our wedding catering contract with him at the end of the tasting!

Chef Rico is the caterer for our daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t be more pleased. His chicken and pork are highly recommended! His staff is also preparing the wedding cake. We look forward to Chef Rico and his staff preparing the meal at our daughter’s wedding.

Chef is absolutely amazing! Not only did he come do a tasting for my fiance and me,, but he also allowed my parents (who live out of state) and his parents join in on the fun. He drove to my fiance’s house and really wowed both our parents and us. We wanted to switch one of the meat choices and he offered to come out to my fiances house AGAIN to make 100% sure we were satisfied. He is always available when I try to contact him and he never tires of our questions. Can’t wait for others to enjoy his delicious creations at our wedding in September.

Vizcarra Hospitality has been AWESOME! From the initial contact, Rico was incredibly professional providing follow-ups, menu selections, and references very quickly. When we finally decided on a menu, he even brought the taste-testing to my daughter’s home. We are excited and looking forward to having Rico and his staff cater our daughter’s wedding.
